Terms and Conditions:

1. FCMA may deem that any Recipient may not be suitable to train in our dojo for any reasons including, but not limited to, past or present injury or physical limitations, or for any other reason at the sole discretion of FCMA.  Under such circumstances, Purchaser may either select an alternate Recipient or receive a full refund to his or her Paypal account.  All Recipients must be 18 years of age or older to train at FCMA.
2. As FCMA is a small private Orange County, California Dojo, Recipient must contact Sensei Patko (via e-mail or telephone) to arrange for an initial training date and to receive directions to the dojo.
3. Validation of this Certificate is contingent upon acceptance (signing) by Recipient of all terms and conditions set forth in the standard FCMA Agreement to be completed at the first class appointment set by Sensei Patko with Recipient.  The term will run for two consecutive calendar months from the date of validation by Sensei Patko.
4. No refunds or credits will be given under any circumstances once this Certificate has been validated by Sensei Patko.
5. Not redeemable for cash, nor any other service or product. This certificate is non-transferable once validated.
6. This gift certificate can only be redeemed by Recipients who are not current or former FCMA students, and may not be redeemed by the Purchaser for his or her own training.
7. For FCMA to verify payment and validate certificate, Purchaser's e-mail address on Paypal account must be the same as the one listed on Certificate.
8. Recipient may use only ONE gift certificate for training at FCMA. Multiple gift certificates for the same individual will not be accepted.
9. Keys to FCMA dojo will not be provided unless Recipient completes training under this certificate and commits to a further term of training at FCMA.
10. At any time prior to validation, FCMA reserves the right to modify any and all terms and conditions of this gift certificate at its sole discretion.  Once the agreement has been validated by Sensei Patko, the terms will not be changed for the duration of the two-month agreement.
